Mediations

Ms. Bryant is available for mediations of ongoing legal disputes as well as for preventive mediation and facilitation between parties in conflict in workplace, business and other settings, involving all areas of employment law, including all areas of discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, unfair competition and trade secrets, wage and hour claims, and other contract, tort, statutory, public policy and constitutional claims; discrimination and harassment cases in non-employment settings.

Fact-Finding/Investigations

Ms. Bryant provides workplace investigations for employers facing claims of  discrimination or harassment.  She has found that when the investigator has the trust and confidence of all sides, the investigative process and findings can be important factors in resolving the claim before a lengthy legal battle ensues.  Ms. Bryant brings her experience and reputation as a fair and impartial  mediator and the understanding of a former plaintiff’s attorney to her investigative role, and in most cases, her fact-finding/investigative assignments have resulted in a resolution of the dispute before legal claims were filed, or as part of an early mediation process.

Special Master/Discovery Referee

Ms. Bryant is available as a special master and discovery referee for all civil litigation subject matter areas, and attorneys’ fees issues.

  • Sex discrimination and the social construction of gender roles;

  • Sexual orientation discrimination, marriage equality, and the link between gender roles and homophobia.
